You are not alone in this journey, data has shown that 1 in 5 women between the ages of 15-49 in the United States is affected by infertility. Everyone has a different journey, and that is okay. Some simple things you can do daily to help with your fertility:

- Eating regular meals with protein
- Maintaining a healthy body weight
- Regular physical exercise
- Yoga

- Stress management
- Plenty of good sleep

- Having a supplement regiment
- Drinking plenty of water
- Avoiding alcohol, smoking, and caffeine
- Seeing a chiropractor
- Using 100% water-based lubrication when having intercourse
